Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Credits & Consumption Policy

Go SRT operates on a prepaid minute pack model. Audio processing consumes third-party speech recognition compute (Deepgram AI) and server storage in real time. Because provider expenses are incurred once transcription commences:

• Unused Paid Minutes: If you purchased a minute pack and have not consumed any minutes from that pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Partially Consumed Minutes: Refunds for partially used packs are calculated pro-rata strictly on the remaining, unreserved paid credits. Consumed minutes cannot be refunded because underlying infrastructure costs cannot be recovered from providers.
• No Negative Balances: A refund adjustment will never reduce an account balance below zero or cancel out previously finalized jobs.

2. Failed Transcription Jobs

If a transcription job fails due to an unexpected system or provider error, any credits reserved for that job are automatically released back to your available balance immediately via our transactional ledger.

3. Unlimited Edits & Exports

Once a transcription completes successfully, editing, timing adjustments, and exporting in SRT, VTT, or TXT formats are always free and unlimited. You are never charged additional credits to re-download or update your subtitles.
