Go SRT (“Platform”, “we”, “our”) provides an audio-to-subtitle software tool. We take creator data privacy seriously. This document outlines how audio recordings, transcribed scripts, and account details are processed and retained.
Technical Disclosure: To generate timestamped words, your audio files are transmitted over secure, encrypted TLS connections to our speech recognition infrastructure provider, Deepgram, Inc. Audio is processed solely for automated transcription and is not retained or used to train public models.
• Audio Recordings: Uploaded audio files are stored in private storage accessible only via expiring signed streaming tokens to the account owner. You can delete individual projects and their associated audio at any time.
• Subtitles & Transcripts: Your generated subtitle documents are stored for your continued access in the editor.
• Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time via Account Settings. Deletion cascades immediately, removing all your stored audio files, projects, and subtitle versions from our database.
